Just gentle diet and Saccharomyces boulardii. I have ulcerative colitis and have found that these probiotics, combined with a careful diet, have significantly improved my condition. Initially, I had frequent pain and discomfort, but now I’m symptom-free and can enjoy a normal diet once again. I believe these probiotics are crucial in protecting my colon.

I suffered a severe case of undiagnosed C-Diff after multiple hospital trips, losing 100 lbs. After antibiotics helped somewhat, I began taking these. C-Diff is notorious for recurring. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and have had no relapse. I’ll continue this indefinitely; it’s crucial for preventing it from returning.
